Jasmine Diffuser Blends

Although I had had a bottle of Jasmine essential oil for a few years sitting on my shelf, I only really fell in love with this this Summer when my midwife suggested I use it along with Clary Sage and Lavender to help bring on labour so I wouldn't have to be induced. (Pregnant women, please don't use Clary Sage until you want to be in labour!) The scent of the 3 together is just wonderful and I now use it as a perfume blend! 


Jasmine has a warm, exotic, floral fragrance that relaxes, soothes, uplifts and enhances self-confidences. It is beneficial for the skin and has been used throughout history for romance and attraction. Jasmine is a bit more of an exotic essential oil and Neal's Yard sell it as a 2.5ml bottle so it is more affordable.

Here are some gorgeous Jasmine diffuser blends:

LADY JASMINE
3 drops of Jasmine
2 drops of Geranium
2 drops of Ylang Ylang
1 drop of Bergamot
1 drop of Cypress

JASMINE PERFUME
3 drops of Sandalwood
2 drops of Jasmine
1 drop of Ylang Ylang

CALMING DAY
3 drops of Frankincense
2 drops of Mandarin
1 drop of Jasmine

MOTHER LOVE
3 drops of Rose
2 drops of Jasmine
2 drops of Cinnamon
1 drop of Clove

FRESH FLOWERS
2 drops of Jasmine
2 drops of Lavender
2 drops of Ylang Ylang

NIGHT BLOSSOM
3 drops of Jasmine
1 drop of Lemon
1 drop of Patchouli
