Although I had had a bottle of Jasmine essential oil for a few years sitting on my shelf, I only really fell in love with this this Summer when my midwife suggested I use it along with Clary Sage and Lavender to help bring on labour so I wouldn't have to be induced. (Pregnant women, please don't use Clary Sage until you want to be in labour!) The scent of the 3 together is just wonderful and I now use it as a perfume blend!
Jasmine has a warm, exotic, floral fragrance that relaxes, soothes, uplifts and enhances self-confidences. It is beneficial for the skin and has been used throughout history for romance and attraction. Jasmine is a bit more of an exotic essential oil and Neal's Yard sell it as a 2.5ml bottle so it is more affordable.Here are some gorgeous Jasmine diffuser blends:
