Peppermint Foot Soak

I love peppermint, it is one of my top 10 essential oils that you should have around your home. Did you know that peppermint offers several aromatherapy benefits, including boosting energy and soothing tired muscles. Literally, there are very few body, health, and mind issues that it cannot help! It leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

In combination with the Epsom salts, this super easy peppermint foot soak recipe may also help relieve pain and relaxes the nerves. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 220g / 7 1/2oz Epsom salt
  • 90g bicarbonate of soda
  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil
  • Chopped fresh mint (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Store in airtight jar
When ready to use, add 1 tablespoons of mixture per 3 liters of hot water.
