April is Stress Awareness Month and I have found so much help when diffusing essential oils.



Here are some lovely diffuser blends to help when you feel stressed.

DEEP BREATHS
3 drops of Frankincense
2 drops Bergamot

STRESS RELIEF
3 drops of Roman Chamomile
2 drops of Lavender
1 drop of Ylang Ylang

CHILL
2 drops of Lavender
2 drops of Cedarwood
2 drop of Frankincense

FREEDOM
3 drops of Frankincense
2 drops of Cinnamon
1 drop of Sandalwood

RELAX & REFRESH
3 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Lavender
1 drop of Rosemary 

INHALE & EXHALE
2 drops of Juniper
2 drops of Grapefruit
2 drops of Pine
