Hi, come in ... stews on the stove if your feeling pecky ... smells good doesn’t it! I am just taking a few minutes to relax before picking up the boys later. I was wanting to share a really inspiring post for my first proper one since coming back to this space, but I have had quite a headache today and so I am just going to ask you to share what you have been up to in your home recently!
Our conservatory that we built about 6 years ago now, (I will show you it properly sometime ... We built it from a facebook marketplace find of a hexagon conservatory, but it has a solid ceiling) for a few years didnt have any curtains, then when my Gran died we inherited some that didn’t quite meet as there are some big windows!! ... About 4 years ago we bought the beautiful fabric, lining and curtain tape for me to make them ... I have made most of the curtains in our home (my mum made a couple of pairs) but making about 10+ large curtains seemed like such a big job to start that I just never did ... Until this last November ... I bit the bullet made a start ... 4 are competed and up and the rest are cut out and the tops done ... I put them away when we got the tree and decorations up for Christmas, but I really must get them back out and finish them!
