Hello, come in, the wood burner is on and its toasty warm in here. My parents have been here and we’ve had a lovely cosy day. As well as paintings by Jack, my mum went away with a bag of Timber hair for her garden birds!
Did you know you can make firelighters really easily and for FREE? It’s so simple, just use and toilet roll and fill it with the fluff from your tumble dryer!
I keep a basket of empty toilet rolls by the dryer and as I clear the fluff from the dryer, I just pop it in the roll. Make them up all year, stock up in the Summer ready for the Winter when you need them!Do you have any other good ways to make firelighters?
