Life lately .....
I don't seem to have been online much this last week ... not a bad thing really ... it has felt like a busy week, but probably not that exciting!!
The weather has been mostly rain or fog, so when we had a beautiful sunrise, I had to grab a shot.
I had a long wait while Steve had some stuff done to his back, so I made the most of it and found a corner of the hospital restaurant and did some patchwork ... not the most comfortable chairs but managed to get a fair bit done!
Last month we got the boys Siamese Fighting Fish, they live in a tank with a divider as if they go in together, they fight. On Saturday we came home to find Ghost missing from his compartment ... somehow he had managed to jump over the divider into Midnights side. This gap is about 5mm so it still seems a mystery! They must have fought as poor ghosts beautiful fins are in tatters and his back end is missing some scales. We honestly didn't think he would live, but he survived the rest of the day and the night, and now 5 days on he seems a lot better!
I have had a bit of a blitz and sold some bits on marketplace and eBay which I have been meaning to do for a while ... why do I put it off?? So glad they have gone ... now I am on a roll I have more to get photographed and listed!!
I bought a frame for my pretty kit I finished last month, Couldn't find one the right size so resorted to buying one with a picture in it only to discover when I got home and had a proper feel through the plastic film that there was no glass!! Ended up ordering one and it arrived today. Tried to take a picture, but Duggee just sat in front of it!
I have been taking photos of beads ready to list in my shop when I get a minute and was really excited today when a delivery of needle felting tools and supplies for my shop too.
I have drunk a lot of tea.
My amaryllis, hyacinth and cactus are flowering and I am loving seeing them coming out more every day!
