Hello February and hello little signs of Spring! I'm loving seeing the daffodil bulbs poking through as well as the snowdrops!
I did manage to finish a kit I got for Christmas, work on a bit of patchwork and made a Robin bird for my Seasonal Tree ... it didn't turn out quite how I wanted it to, but I think the problem was I sewed it with the sewing machine and I needed to have hand sewn it to get a more exact shape. I have also started on a blue tit, but undone the machine sewing and will re-hand sew it. I painted them on calico and have sewn on little eyes. Also with the Robin I should have done some stitching to show the wing and feathers better. I have seen some lovely pictures of friends and family creations in the last week and I am so inspired by them all.
