so I have found this really fun app ... its called
MORFO ... it takes a photo of you ... you line up your eyes, nose and mouth and it makes you move .... and speak ... you can record yourself ... like this ...
its weird isn't it! just wish I had something worth saying!!
I would love to see any you make ... let me know if you have this app/get this app and make some funny ... or should that be 'weird' messages!!
Dilly-dog is such a cutie ... I just had to share this photo with you ...
Happy Wednesday everyone!
Here are some of my favourite things from this week ...
1. This gorgeous
corset ring is made by SecretAura ... I am totally in love with it ... available on Etsy.
2. Picture frame head board .... LOVE this idea ... its so pretty and you could change the fabric on it it if you change your room decor.
found via pinterest.
3. PLASTIC BULLET App ... I got this app a month or so ago, and love the effects it make ... it can totally change the feel of the photo.
4. this pattern for a bag in
The Ultimate Knitting Style Book ... gonna have to give it a go sometime! There are also lots of other patterns in it too that are tempting ;)
5. Leaving notes and pictures for people at work! ....... yep thats meant to be me, chillin' after a long week ;)
What are you lovin' this week?
Dilly-dog had her stitches out this morning and apart from not being allowed to run free in the field & have a more sedate-lead-walk along the road she is pretty much back to normal :)
Isn't she scrumptious ... I love her sooooooo ;)
I am also really pleased that she goes running into the vets with her tail wagging, so she has not got bad memories there x
It has been a weird few weeks and so I just wanted to share with you my favourite app on my iPad at moment, that has helped me relax before I go to sleep at night. Its called
PuzzlePlus and I got it about 6 weeks ago ... first I got the art version as I didn't realise there was the original one that had a lot more choice of puzzles to do.
There is a choice of how many pieces you want so even my 9 year old niece, Kara spent many happy hours playing on it when they came to stay a few weeks ago. (she wasn't well, bless her, and just wanted to curl up on the sofa)
She mostly did cute animal ones, but because I first got the art version, the first ones I did were Van Gough ones.
This is the one I am now doing ... its in the Fairytale collection :)
My dad is also pretty addicted. After I got it, he got it for his iPad too and now has it on his computer as well.
The apps are free and come with lots of free jigsaws to do, but they also have some collections that cost, but once you have them you can do them as many times as you like .... oh and you can do lots of different puzzles at the same time, it saves where you are ....... its soooo good ;) .... speaking of which I am now off to bed and to finish my fairytale puzzle!
I have been playing with an app I got a month ago but not really tried out much till now (yep, another camera app!) It's called
PERCOLATOR and it makes your photos like its brewing a cup of coffee (it will make sense if you try it out)
This photo of me was the first photo I took on my iPad (which may I add I am doing my first blog post on)
I do look a bit like I a rabbit caught in the headlights! ... but I am really loving the effects and will the last photo makes me want to try and make a picture out of coloured buttons
I hope you all have a great Monday ... I'm off to work in a bit and I had better go as I've got some post bits to do first. x
Well, I have been sucked in ... and am now a bit of a fan ... sorry folks ;)
I have heard a lot of tweets and facebook comments about the
Draw Something
app, so this weekend when my brother and his wife came to stay, I
persuaded them to get it too and we spent most of Friday night sending
each other pictures. This was not easy for my poor sister-in-law who has
a broken hand thumb and was drawing with her wrong hand ... but we did
laugh a lot.
These are some of my pictures i have drawn for people to guess what the word is.
Some of them have the answer showing cos I took the picture when it was
sent back to me showing that it had been guessed correctly.
I am not sure if my pictures are improving and I have seen some that
people have done on the internet that are amazing ... its probably
easier to do if you have an iPad rather than an iPhone, but its good fun
:)
This starwars one is one my brother did for me to send to my friend (shhh ... don't tell her, she thinks I did it)
it a lot more fun when you have a few people sending you pictures, and I
am amazed at how many of my facebook friends and family have this app
... but if you want to have a game with me, my user name is
mariainthewood
I haven't drawn this much in ages :) haha
I've found another couple of apps ... yep one is another photography one ... camera apps are my one weakness!
This one is called my365 and is a photo a day project. You take a photo through the app and it saves it to your calendar ... one a day ... it also lets you use a few filters on your pictures too.
I have only been using it for a week or so, but am already loving it :) I'm just hoping I can do it for 365 days!! .......... you can
follow my daily pictures here in my links bar -------------------------->
Let me know if you have this app or start using it ... I would love to follow it :)
The other app I wanted to share is the
bloglovin' app
... I have been been using
bloglovin' to follow my favourite blogs for a couple of years so I am really pleased to have found they have an app. If you want to follow me on
bloglovin' my blogs all have links.
